Prime Storage - Saratoga Route 50

First time I have used Prime Storage, and it was a really good experience! They helped me find the best spot for me to store my new boat and they were able to search other locations that may have a better storage spot for my situation, such as room to backup my boat. Also, their prices were well within my budget, less than I thought and the people at the desk were really helpful too! I would recommend them!

I have stored our boat here for the past 6 years and have very satisfied. Samantha has always been very responsive and helpful whenever I have had any questions. I've especially appreciated the tight security that the facility offers. Highly recommend.

Prime Storage provides a best-in-class third-party management platform that has allowed our team to scale our business. They treat our facilities as their own and have done a great job with leasing and revenue management.

The people at the leadership level are smart, straightforward, solid individuals. The operating and management systems are technologically advanced, as compared to other REITS, and the Prime Storage staff is constantly working to elevate their game even further on all fronts.

Property was previously managed poorly. Goal was to increase income and value of the property. Experience as a partner has been very positive, and a definite increase in cash flow. Certainly competed in the market place much better. We love and appreciate you all.

My challenges before Prime Storage were to stay afloat. Each month our occupancy was decreasing; thus, our profits were getting smaller. After Prime Storage: both occupancy and profits are great. I have been in the business around 40 years and I could not think of the numbers or keeping the properties on the par that you have done.

Prime Storage is first class. We care about our people, our properties, and our community. We invest time in teaching our people to succeed. We inspire our colleagues to improve their game and support them every step of the way. We push the envelope, challenge our thinking and seek new paths to success. We take personal ownership to ensure all details are handled properly.

I enjoy working at Prime Storage for the opportunity to work and learn alongside team-oriented staff and managers. One of my favorite parts of working at Prime is creating a positive and encouraging environment within the workplace for new and existing customers and providing a great sales experience.

Prime has provided me a great opportunity to put all of my past career skill sets into one job. It also gives me a career where I can balance my work and family life.

The leadership team here at Prime has cultivated an unmatched culture - empowering every employee to strive for personal and company-wide success. Since I started at Prime, I have been energized coming to work every day by my diligent colleagues and the top-down shared vision. This is company has consistently given me growth opportunities and I take great pride in my work here.

Working for Prime is great in so many ways. I love being able to help our customers in times of need, and everyday being different keeps the job exciting. The group of people I work with also makes the job fun! Anytime I need help I can always count on coworkers to help me out.

No problem. They have been great to me. Had an issue that my storage unit was not lock and they called me and we took care of it.
