Prime Storage - Green Island

First time I have used Prime Storage, and it was a really good experience! They helped me find the best spot for me to store my new boat and they were able to search other locations that may have a better storage spot for my situation, such as room to backup my boat. Also, their prices were well within my budget, less than I thought and the people at the desk were really helpful too! I would recommend them!

I have stored our boat here for the past 6 years and have very satisfied. Samantha has always been very responsive and helpful whenever I have had any questions. I've especially appreciated the tight security that the facility offers. Highly recommend.

Property was previously managed poorly. Goal was to increase income and value of the property. Experience as a partner has been very positive, and a definite increase in cash flow. Certainly competed in the market place much better. We love and appreciate you all.

My challenges before Prime Storage were to stay afloat. Each month our occupancy was decreasing; thus, our profits were getting smaller. After Prime Storage: both occupancy and profits are great. I have been in the business around 40 years and I could not think of the numbers or keeping the properties on the par that you have done.
